Domain Sales Manager

What does Domain Sales Manager do?
It maintains a domain portfolio in WordPress, renders a configurable sale card with a shortcode, tracks direct purchases through dynamic WooCommerce orders, and can create higher-value Escrow.com transactions. It does not perform registrar transfer, WHOIS lookup, automatic DNS ownership verification or domain appraisal. Prepare the inventory and operating handoff before publishing purchase buttons.
Which components should I install before Domain Sales Manager?
Install and configure WooCommerce first. Direct checkout needs a supported installed and enabled PayPal Payments, Zelle or Cash App gateway. Escrow checkout needs a separate Escrow.com account email and API key. Contact Form 7, GTranslate and Dynoreg Custom Currencies are optional separate integrations. Back up the site and use staging when the store already handles real orders.
How do I publish and test the domain sale card?
Add a small pilot set in Domain Sales administration with verified domain, slug, price, currency, status and copy. Insert [domain_sale] on the intended page and choose a record by ID, name or slug, or configure the allowed query-string keys. Test missing, invalid, sold, reserved, hidden and inactive cases as well as available inventory. Keep untested fallback domains and purchase actions private.
How are direct-payment availability and order states handled?
Eligible purchases reserve the domain before creating a dynamic WooCommerce order and redirect the buyer to the secure order-pay page. No separate product post is required. Processing or Completed orders mark it sold; Failed or Cancelled direct-payment orders release the reservation. Your team still needs procedures for abandoned Pending or On-hold orders, payment confirmation and registrar transfer.
What remains manual with the Escrow.com integration?
The plugin can create an Escrow.com domain-name transaction and record its transaction ID on an on-hold WooCommerce tracking order. The seller must complete registrar transfer and reconcile Escrow completion or cancellation operationally. Validate seller, buyer, currency, inspection period and price in sandbox before using production. The plugin does not replace your Escrow account or transfer process.
What should I verify before advertising a domain sale page?
On staging or in provider test mode, verify exact domain, price, currency, gateway eligibility and transaction threshold. Check success, failure and cancellation transitions, Escrow tracking, the selected inquiry form and responsive keyboard access. Document who changes prices, releases reservations, reconciles payments and gives transfer instructions. These are recommended launch tests; reading this guide does not perform a transaction.
